Due to the customization of products. All sales are final with exception to manufacturer defects.
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. Lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
If you wish to swap an item for a different color and/or type of product once your order has already been placed and we have not engraved on the items yet (If the item has been engraved on already the item is non-refundable and will require a new order.), there is a restocking fee of 15% of the total order excluding tax plus shipping and handling. We incur fees too when we need to return/swap these items upon your request, so please try to understand, thank you.
